Setting a width for all images and stop rotation

Post by gwmbox »

Hi all

Phoca Gallery version 3.0.0 RC3 on Joomla 1.6.3 and default theme/layout (which I am editing with over rides in my Joomla 1.6 template folder)

Trying to figure out how I can set the width of all images to a set width and a variable height, as in if an image is bigger than 480 pixels wide it will automatically resize to that width and proportion the height to match.

I tried to remove the height from the MAIN options but that did not hep, it defaulted back to a set height.

Also when I have images uploaded that are portrait they are being auto rotated to landscape, the landscape width shuld then be the width as set, that being 480 pixels with the height again in propertion to the width.

Yes I am reading the documentation and if I find the solution I will report back, meanwhile if you have an asnwer please help me :)

Cheers

Hi, the thumbnails get fixed size, you can use e.g. highslide to display original images and highslide js will dynamically change the size.
