Hi,

I speak english only a little bit so i hope you will understand me.
My goal is to show all files uploading by administrator but all files will be inaccessible by users.
I know it is possible but the problem is that i want to allow one user to download one file by a request to the administrator.
Can i do that ?Allow one user to download one file but not the others.

Hi, you can set the download permissions for specific users - but for categories only.
