I connected to my Joomla server (Cloud Access) via FTP with the intent to upload photo gallery folder. However, the Phoca instructions say to load them to the images section, but in the FTP no such folder appears.
I loaded 22 galleries within incident via the control panel of my site, and then on the 23rd got an ERROR photo format not supported, and since then have not been able to load a single photo that appears on the front end. The FTP was I had hoped to be my salvation.
Please advise asap as this is holding up my site launch.

Hi, sorry I don't understand?
Don't you have an images/phocagallery/ folder on your server?
If not check the Joomla! installation and Phoca Gallery installation, if it was installed successfully.
