erorr message when viewing gallery

Hi, when I chose "view gallery"d on my joomla 1.6 install, i get the following message:

COM_PHOCAGALLERY_CATEGORY was not selected in parameters

. I've tried reading through the docs, but they tell me to go to the component control panel, then parameters, but on my phoca gallery control panel, there isn't a "parameters" button.
What can I do?
P.s I'm using the latest version of phoca Gallery.

Hi, did you select the view to category, if yes, did you set the category - in parameters in menu link to this view?
