New design? like on joomla 1.6 demo page

there is cute design with rating possibility. but current version 2 Rc2 for joomla 1.6 is much different. Or may be I downloaded other version?
Where to find such an atrractively designed phoca download component?

Hi, your Phoca Download is OK, the design is ready to be implemented in next version (is under testing on the demo site).

Whed do you plan to release this type of Phoca Download component? Or I may install RC2 and then upgrade. However my site can wait. Would it be better to wait for the one?
