I am having the same problem. When I ran a check with Google Chrome Developer tools I cam up with an error with the ap-indes.js
ap-index.js:7Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'cloneNode' of Null
Basic parameters are not showing up!

It looks like it is a problem with my AdminPraise (ap) admin template.
