Automatic Publishing But Not Deleting

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if it is possible for users to be able to upload and publish/authorize images but not delete them!

I only see a setting for publishing and deleting, so I have to allow both!

Nevermind, I got it! Just need to not allow authorization and it works!
