Zip file is not downloaded correctly

Hi,

I've some frustrating problem on a site with phocadownload. I have created several categories. The zipfiles from 1 category are not downloaded correctly: after downloading the file has 0 kb and can not be used, it is emtpy.
There is another category with zip files and they work perfectly.
I use the plugin to display the files in an article, for both categories.
I have tried several times to create new zipfiles (with different programs also) but nothing seems to work.
