J1.6: details and download buttons not active

Hi all,

I installed download component succsessful, created download category, put two files in, created main menu item pointing to file list (category view) ... all okay. File list opens on menu click and displays the two files plus the details and download buttons as well as pagecount and the footer "Powerd by Phoca Download". Problem ist that only the two links pointing to the files are working which means they are clickable. All the other items (buttons, pagecount, and even the link to Phoca in the footer) are dead. I can not click them and they are not even reacting on mouse over, hover, whatsoever. I mean, not even the mouse pointer changes when it is over one of those items. Obviously no error message since no reaction at all.
Tried it on Joomla 1.6 as well as 1.6.1 with and without Joomla standard SEF enabled. Site is not live yet so I cannot provide a link to it. Any help appreciated.

Hi, can I see the site where this occurs? Does it work the same way with other template?
