CSS image backround issues

Hello,
First time poster long time listner.
I am utilising this nice download option, cheers, but seem to have a wierd issue when page loads.
Seems the icon in background of any view areas seem to bizzarely strecth the full size of the table area. and cover the linkable file text.
I have checked the Main Template CSS and seem to be dumbfounded where to look other than "contentpaneopen"
as suggested by firebug, as well as, the default CSS files in the main component area.
Ironically Mozilla does not have this problem and displays it correctly.
The main concern is during page load the link is accessable then become inaccessable after full load during which time the stretchin occurs. end result stretched bacground imagery and not linkable ie only.

this happens from component as well as from plugin for articles.

Point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, can you paste some screenshot there, did you test it with standard template?
