Using J 1.6 rights to grant user uploads

Hi there

I'm trying to use the J1.6 access levels to control the site.
I have an extra layer above registered for members.

I want everybody that's a member to be able to upload to the gallery, and make the gallery visibel for public.
As it's bound to go wrong with dual management tasks, I do not want to have to select each and every user that are allowed to upload, and then remove them again if they are no longer members.
So it's quite important that the access level controls the upload ability.

Is it doable in the current version?

Hi, this feature is planned (I hope this will be added after Phoca Download will be stable and Joomla! 1.6 usable).
