Will you include the new features in 1.3.x core of Phoca Download ?
Such as file rating, broken links, mirrors etc.
After deep research and tests, me and my team found that UJED can't be build on the top of Joomla! 1.6
(Regarding to our private conversation - you are not the only one, Sigsiu.net and SOBI 2 are affected by latest "changes", JoomlaWorks.gr and K2 too and many more, just have to solve some topics with our lawyers).
- ACL is broken
- Speed.... there is no speed
- Performance.... like the old good Eastern Germany Trabant
- Compatibility - no compatibility (in this way of thinking, you should add support to the only commenting system atm for 1.6 - JAComments, it's a GPL so I'll share it for free on UJED)
- Templates options ...no such options
- Core stability and updates .... 1.6.1 state is frozen, no commitments from 3 days, no release date.
- Totally broken infrastructure, someone should optimize tables after each change (mysql administrator is required for every 1.6 powered site)
- 1.6 was a failure - http://www.alltogetherasawhole.org/prof ... e=facebook

Do we think there are problems in the project and community?
Yes. Big ones. How can you even ask? Where have you been?
Whose fault is it?
All of ours, along with the responsibility to do something about it.

and much more useless "features" which disallow the proper usage of any site done with that core.

Hi,

so I cannot say if or if not
