no pic after upload 3.0.0 RC4 J1.6

I have J1.6 and Phoca Gallery RC4

After I upload a picture to a Category I can not see the images, instead there is phoca_thumb_m_no_image.png.

There is no thumbnail even all is setup to 777.

When adding pictues from allready uploaded ones I can not see any thumbnails.

Hi, then check the GD library, the parameter - if thumbnail creation is on, permissions (777 should be no problem) but the ownership too (ftp layer or not), etc.

Forget it, someones messed with the Phoca Gallery Settings.
I have fixed that:

Thumbnail Generation Settings
Pagination Thumbnail Generation = YES
Clean Thumbnails = YES
Enable Thumbnails Generation = YES
Crop Thumbnails = Medium and small Thumbnails
