hi there,

due to the nature of the site Im currently setting up my only submitter would have assigned as top category
'campaign 2008 / 2009' in year 1
'campaign 2009 / 2010' in year 2
'campaign 2010 / 2011' in year 3 etc

a problem arises from year 2 onwards: while the submitter can submit to the assigned top category and its sub categories when selecting option 0 from the category select list (' - Please Select -') all images he ever submitted would be listed.

this is however not how its desirable. only the images in the assigned top category and its subcats should be listed and available for editing / deletion

could somebody please point me into the right direction on what to edit ?

Hi, if you set "please select" category, then all images are displayed - e.g. for using the filter.

however how can I adjust it be as described?

Hi, I maybe not correctly understand.

If you set zero to Select Category - means, no filtering will be made - all categories will be displayed (if you have no parent category filtering), then it is impossible to displaye with zero only some categories.
