Error message in 1.6 version

Hi Jan,

Keep up the good work, this is quite a good component.

I keep getting a 'file does not exist message' whenever I commit an action both in the back end and front end. However the action that was being committed (eg upload document in the front end) worked. So it seems like it is raising an exception but then goes to do what it was supposed to do.
