You have no more space for your images on your server.

I also have this error

quota exceeded - public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 304

I have checked and still have plenty of space left

Disk Space Usage 2978.83 / 5000 MB

Please advise

Hmm, then I think you need to ask your webhosting operator (maybe there is some permssions or ownership problem )
