IIS/Windows Server 2003 and Captcha Image Not Displaying

Thank you for your forbearance, since I am NOT a web developer.

My http://www.crew42.org site runs atop Windows Server 2003/IIS6. It was stood up, carefully following the excellent video of Video Tutorial Zone dotcom. I installed the Phoca Guestbook without a hitch, but spam quickly became an issue. Captcha was engaged, but the image won't appear. I looked across the Forum, but couldn't find an answer that appeared (no pun intended) to apply.

Your advice will be valued.

Hi, try to check the method of displaying captcha method (from JHTML to JRoute or reverse)

Cycled/Changed the display from JRoute to JHTML by editing the parameters on the Main Menu, instead of the Guestbook component in the Admin console.

It now works. Thank you very much for the troubleshooting suggestion. FIXED.
