Edit message in frontend

is it possible to edit a message in the frontend?
I have a "administrator" and some registered people in the group "publisher".
I want that the publisher are able to edit and delete a guestbookmessage in the frontend.
How can I do this?

Hi, I have some similar feature requests - e.g. anwering in the frontend for admin and registered. So if I will look at it, I will check all the different features, include this. But no idea when
