thumbs are created, but not displayed

Post by roelnic »

Hi all,

I need some pointers where to find the cause of my problem. Someone?

* Installed phoca gallery on a website
* it seems everything is working fine related to phoca
* uploaded via ftp images to folder
* did a 'multiple add'
* two folders with approx 70 photos
* thumbs are created fine > when I download folder from ftp, thumbs are viewable
* however no images is displayed on the website > http://www.amerongen-steengoed.nl/compo ... ategories/
* no images are also displayed in the phoca backend

Some details:
* installed phoca gallery also on a another website. no issues. No difference in joomla/phoca version. Only different provider
* I tried to remove everything and add again, but no result
* website is copied by joomlapack from another website. could that be an issue, that basis configuration is wrong?
* phoca version 2.7.6
* joomla version 1.5.15 Stable
* PHP version: 5.2.6-0.dotdeb.1

thanx in advance!

Hi, on your server I cannot test if the thumbnails really exist on the server, try to see it by ftp, if the thumbnails are there, if they can be accessed by script (maybe try to remove the protection of the folders to test it)

The paths to images seems ok in the html.
