Sending email after image upload

Hi,

I have 2 users on my website, 1 admin to manage category, upload, etc and 1 std user for iage upload. I want to knnow if it's possible when my std user upload (image become not viewable) an image to send and email to the admin to activate the image???

Hi, for now there is no such feature so this needs to be customized
