Upload images problems

Hi,

I' m using Phoca Gallery 2.7.6 with Joomla 1.5.22 and I would like to know if it' s possible when a user upload an image to set the uploaded image automatically published and authorized?

In other word, I have 2 users on my website, 1 std and 1 admin. When the std user upload an image, I need the image to become "Published=True" and "Authorized=False" automatically and and email should be send to the admin user. When the admin user receive the mail, he's job is to switch "Authorized=True". But when the admin user upload an image, I need that "Autohorized=True" automaticcaly.

Is this possible???
