Gallery Thumbnail size

Hi, you can set there medium or small image (thumbnail) and for it there can be set the size in parameters.

I have looked own the parameters about 10 times looking for the medium and large thumnail settings and their respective sizes - could you point me in the right direction.

First of all Happy new year to you all!!

I think I have a similar problem, allthough maybe not exactly like yours. I'm trying to change the pictures in the thumbnail box.
I've uplaoded pictures in my gallery and the image size in the thumbnail folder is 100px w x 100px h. BUT, if I upload new pictures now, the size is suddenly 100px w x 23px h. How do I get new pictures (thumbnails) also to size 100x100 again?? Anybody who knows

check:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Images and Windows Size Settings -->
Medium Image Width=100
Medium Image Height=100
Save your settings!
or
backend --> Menus --> Your menu with link to Phoca Gallery Component --> Your link to Phoca Gallery Component --> Menu Item: [ Edit ] --> Parameters (Component) --> Images and Windows Size Settings -->
Medium Image Width=100
Medium Image Height=100
Save your settings!
Delete the wrong sized thumbs and create them with the new settings once more.

First of all thanks for your reply!
I've tried your suggestion, but than the thumbnail in Phoca gallery, images becomes really big, but still not on my website. the thumbnailpicture there is still very small (100x22 now) in stead of 100x100. While the others are small in Phoca gallery and also on my website. If I look there at a picture and click on properties (on my website), the measurements of the others are all 100x100, but every new one is still 100x22. I have by the way chosen small thumbnails, so I adjusted those settings as you suggested to 100x100. The medium thumbnail settings where already set on those measurements.
The thing is, I haven't changed anything, but suddenly, while uploading new pictures, phoca gives me the new sizes

I just don't get where the 23 size suddenly comes from. I can't even find that figure anywhere in my settings.
So unfortunately, still not working

Maybe this will make it easier to explain what I mean.

On my website, www.2beinnorway.com, you can choose gallery and than panoramas. Take a look at the last picture in de row of thumbnails. The picture is very small, while all the others in the row are nearly fully filling the thumbnail box. The last picture I've just added. The others where already on my website. If you click right mousebotton on the picture and choose properties, than you'll see the size which is there 100x22, while the others are, as said before, 100x100.

Crop Thumbnail=Medium And Small Thumbnail
Save your settings!
Delete the wrong sized thumbs and create them with the new settings once more.
