Only 1 last picture of 3 galleries

Post by sylvaing »

Hello every body and best wishes !

I wanted to show on my homepage only the last picture (in a big size) of all my 3 galleries, but I can't...
If I use a gallery as menu item, I can show the last picture of only one gallery... And if I use the module, I can show the last picture of my three galleries but I can't change the size of this picture (it doesn't work)... Is there a way to do that ?

Best regards.

Hi,
you can use the Phoca Gallery Plugin.

Thank you, it's better ! But... with the plugin I've got 3 last pictures (one last picture by gallery). So if I add a new picture only in my third gallery (for exemple), people won't see it on top...
Is there a way to show only 1 last picture for all the 3 galleries, for people see it at first ?
Thank you again.

Hi,
Is there a way to show only 1 last picture for all the 3 galleries, for people see it at first ?
Not automatically, but manually.
1.) To create valid code it is very helpful to use Phoca Gallery Button Plugin.
https://www.phoca.cz/phocagallery-button
2.) If you don`t choose --> Select Type --> Categories
but
--> Select Type --> Image
you can choose every image you like from each category you like.
This means you create three diferent codes and can change the ordering and the pictures as you like.
3.) For each of the three codes you have to choose:
Plugin Type=Large Image
For example, the code will look something like this:
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=1|imageid=3806|type=2}
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=2|imageid=1307|type=2}
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=3|imageid=3673|type=2}
Hope this helps,
Kind regards,
Benno

I've tried that. The problem is I don't find to change the size of large image (which is too large) without change size of all my large images... Do you know how to do ?

Well, I've found a way, with the module, changing the module type in "mosaïque" (french translation)... With it I can change the size and give only one last picture for 3 galleries. Last little problem : do you know why my picture is not at the center of the page ?...

OK, with the rhuk_milkyway template, the picture is at the center. So I have to find the problem in my template... Thank you again !
