assigning to categories

Is it possible to assign one user to multiple categories?
Because I have 6 categories, and many subcategories.
I want to assign one user to all of the categories. So he can edit from front end nicely(component use I mean).

I get this when I try to:
Phoca Gallery Categories Saved
Selected user (owner) can be assigned to one main category (root category) only
User is assigned to category: myCategory

Hi, user can be owner of one main category and its subcategories (not limited count of subcategories). User cannot be owner of more than one main category but can have rights to upload, access, etc. to other categories.

Can only be accessed by the user who is owner. And he can only manage category he is owner of.
Can I make that user to manage(trough front-end) all the categories? I gave him rights to every category, but he cannot manage trough this. only one category he is set to owner.

Hi, for now there is no such option, to manage all categories there is a backend, for manage own categories there is and ucp in frontend
