Title in detail mouseover image not there when logged in

This is a very strange issue, when logged out you can mouse over any image and see the detail with Title and Description however when Logged in the Title is not there!

Seems like if you are logged in, then other css is loaded (maybe the core of template), try to add the following css code to your template and try to stylize it to your own colors:
