install error

after installing gallery i got this error on gallery page

i installed like you do with every module/plugin etc
have tried on local wamp same result
what did i do wrong

just copy all SQL queries (except ALTER TABLE ... queries) and run them in e.g. phpMyAdmin.


how do i see this so i can copy to sql
i imported .bak file it added 18 entries but still does not work
i really have no idea what i am doing here
