Can anonymous visitor upload a photo?

I try asking my question here - hoping to get some help.

I was wondering if it is possible to allow anonymous surfers on my website to upload photos in a specified folder without having to register / log into my Joomla website? I know it can be done by registering first, but I don't want that. Thanks!

Hi, no there is no such option, because of security reasons
