Problem with Downloading External Files

Hi there,

I have uploaded some files externally, and i was able to link it and show it in the Front End.
HOWEVER,
no one is able to DOWNLOAD files, and it gives an ERROR...

Would some one be able to tell me how to fix it ?

Well, i Fixed the problem again.

it wasn't a problem actually. In Setting i added the FILE TYPE i was trying to download.
in fact i was trying to download a pptx file, but i didn't have it in the setting where i allow upload.

here is how i fixed it:
admin -> component -> phoca -> setting -> added the fily type into the allowable file types

that's all.
