Category view: only the thumbnails. How to?

Hi,

In every category, I only want to display the thumbnails and shadows. (Instead of thumbnails with the surrounding box).
I read the documentation, searched the forum; but haven't found out how to do that yet.
I tried to accomplish it by making some of the box parameters (in category view) #transparent, but that resulted in very weird behaviour of the thumbnails: dissapearing and moving thumbnails while hoovered over.

Is it possible to achieve what I want? and if so, how?

Hi, do you mean this:

just set the box to "transparent" or white (if white background), you need to set it in parameters component of menu link to your gallery:
