How to change the category thumbnail image...

Hello,
Im new to Phoca Gallery and I have been trying to find out where do I set the thumbnail for the category... I tried to change the order of the photos within the category but I did not effect it.

the gallery is here http://www.lombardiconcrete.com.au/gallery

also I like the way it shows the categories but I would like to get rid of those texts on the side


Number of images in category: 7
Category viewed: 43 x

I tried to search here and in Google but could not find solution.

Hi, size of the thumbnails, see:

see the parameters component - where to set the parameters too:

You can set the layout of categories view, if this does not fit your needs, you need to customize the template for categories view:
components/com_phocagallery/views/categories/tmpl/default.php

This post was very interesting to me I'm even more interested in knowing how I could have the same type of pop up window you have on your website. I doutb it is a template of yours, I often see it on the web but I had never seen it installed on a phocagallery component.
