"New action" as "edit action" on checked item

So:
Check some item in Files/Sections/Categories, then click on "new" button and make some change/changes on loaded data. After it save/apply changes.
I would expect for creating and storing a new item, but selected item was edit and stored in Database. Is it ok, or bug?

Hi, sorry I don't understand. If you will add new file, then it will be stored and you can edit it or leave it with cancel button or save button. Apply button will be redirecting back to the same file to edit it.

if is checked some item (checkbox) in list of items (for example in sections) and next will be click on new button

new button will be redirecting to edit task of checked item (instead of add task, in my opinion)
