Public images in same gallery as some for registered users

Hello,

I would like to create a gallery, in which most of the images are public. Some of them should only be viewable for registered users. I noticed that the categories and subcategories can be specified this way, but not every single image individually, right?

If this is not possible, is there another way to display one gallery with different types of pictures? (Is there an option I didn't see so far?)

Hi, no, this is not possible, the problem is, there are different rights for categories, menu links, for user's groups, users, and their different cobination so loading e.g. 50 images on the site and checking all the permissons and combination of different permissions can slow down the server ... so this is why there is no rights directly for images ...
