pop-up slimbox not working now after upgrade to 2.7.5

Hi,
I just upgraded Phoca Gallery from 2.7.3 to 2.7.5. I installed it through the Admin Install/Uninstall and clicked the 'upgrade' button when done etc. Now when you click on the thumbnail images it opens up the image on a blank white page instead of in a lightbox style popup. Any ideas to what's gone wrong??
I've tried every setting to display the images (parameters) such as slimbox, highslide js etc and none of them work, all open up the image (either with or without the foward/back buttons) on a blank page. These were working before the upgrade. I've re-installed phoca gallery component a couple of times but still no luck.

hi,
are you using a standard Joomla! template? If not, switch to such a template - just to confirm a template issue, or not.

also, did you install/upgrade any other extensions at the time this happened?

Hmm, not sure but this should be not caused by the upgrade, there was no modifications to displayed detail methods

Hi, Thank you for your replies. I had installed and updated a few components (updated JCE editor, installed mighty defender).

I changed the template to beez and they all work. I changed it back to my template and it started to work again (weird).

However, unfortunately the only one that works with my template is the 'standard popup window' and 'highslide JS'. JAK Lightbox works but it shows below the web page (i.e. my web page has a transparent background and the lightbox is displaying behind that so you can't see it properly). Anyhow, if you have any insight as to what I could do to fix it that would be great, otherwise I can live with using the standard pop-up window. Thank you for your time and your great work!
