Before I announce that my website is finished, I have one more question.
Below you will see 2 screenshots of my phocagallery thumbnails. I have 5 categories and the last 2 sets came out with a larger thumbnail than the first 3. I like the small ones best. Can you tell me how to make the last 2 sets have small thumbnails? I've done everything I could think of in my configeration screen.
there are 2 places for settings: 1. global configuration in phoca gallery and 2. component parameters in each of your menu items linking to phoca gallery.
check all these settings. if this doesn't help, can you post a link to your site, it' kind of hard to get to the source of your problem with out seeing the site

I have checked and re-checked the parameters in both places. Something is causing my last 2 gallery sets to have the bigger thumbnails. I thinking I might delete one image and reload it to see if it was loaded before it was sized. Worth a try because I dread having to delete them all and reload them if that's not the problem.
OK, now I think I know whats causing this: did you change the size of the thumbnails in the global configuration (medium thumb size) after uploading images and creating thumbnails the first few categories?
-> Check the settings: are they 100x100px or 200x200px? Then set them to the desired size and recreate all thumbnails! (on images tab)
Well, I deleted the images in phocagallery and also in media manager, uploaded them again and they look good now. But I also had to change my columns number because at first they came out all piled on top of each other. Thank goodness I figured that one out without bugging anymore moderators!
