Approval Bug

I have an unapproved image, which doesn't display on the category page or the random image displayer. However when you view the slideshow, you can see the unapproved images.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a known fix?

I will look at fixing it in the next week, but the site is to go live in the next day or so, and it would be great if there was an easy fix we could implement in that time!
