Can't edit some Categories as a super admin

Hi,
i got a few users on my site, and one of them made few phoca categories. I would like to Edit them, but i can't since i did not created them. Is there a way that i could edit this category? (let's say it is offensive for some users)

Hi, sorry, I don't understand.

Users can create main category and subcategories in the frontend only if they have permissions to do it. All such categories can be edited, deleted, etc. by administratrator in administration.

After clicking any category with other author than me i got the message that other user blocked it and i can't edit it.

Please let me know where exactly do you get this problem. In administration. Please let me know exactly which error message do you get?

Did you make Global Check-in in Administration - Tools - Global Check-in?

Yes i did global check, everything is ok.

I'll try to explain it once again.

When i try to edit once of my registered user's categoried, i get this error:
Phoca Gallery Categories WIOŚLARSTWO is currently being edited by another administrator
Author of this category is an ordinary, registered user, and there is no other administrator than me (there is a few Publishers).

Hi, then maybe you should try use the "Global check-in" to free all blocked items, Joomla! Administration - Tools - Global Check-in.
