User "Main Categories" must be in same category. How?

Example:

        -> User 1 Main Category
        -> User 2 Main Category

Hi, I have added it into the feature request list but cannot say when I find time for looking at it and if there will be no conflicts with other features (maybe this is the problem why this was not implemented yet)
