Captcha always invalid

Hi, I installed version 1.4.2, the captcha function always gives error when inserting the code:

"The Captcha code you have entered is wrong. Please, try it again"

Tryed changing the captcha type and configuration but it still doesn't work.
How can I solve?

Hi, I see but really no idea what can be wrong there, maybe some cache or sessions settings

EDIT: If I reload the captcha, then it works, so seems like loading it first time will not save the session or something

So there must be some problem with session or cache on your site, if this sometimes work and sometimes not
