Hi,
In the main menu i added some menu's to link directly to the gallery.
When i select "parameters (component)" i see all the changes i made to my main configuration in phoca gallery like category box width 45%.
When i want to translate this menu and check the "original" parameters in joomfish i see that this category box width is set on 33%. This is the default value instead of the value i entered in the configuration of phoca gallery.
Is there anything i can do to prevent this? Otherwise i need to set all my values by hand and it will take me a lot of time.
Thanks already.

Hi, for Phoca Gallery you need to change the parameters component in menu link to gallery, but if you are using joomfish, you need to set this parameters in joomfish in menu link to translated phoca gallery, see:

Re: Phocagallery in combination with joomfish
Yes, that's true, but joomfish seems to use the default settings from phoca gallery. It doesn't use the settings i use in the global configuration (Phoca Gallery Control Panel -> Configuration). Or did i do something wrong?
Now i need to change all the setting in the english joomfish menu link to the settings i like. Instead of copying the global configuration settings that i normally use in the dutch language. So all the time in make a new menu item i need to change all the settings in joomfish.

Hi, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla
As default, Joomla! and other components does not solve "Use Global" for text and text area form fields (this is solved only in Phoca Gallery) so such values needs to be set in Joomfish! - in Phoca Gallery Parameters Component if you leave the field blank, global configuration will be taken (but this does not work for Joom!fish or Joomla!

Re: Phocagallery in combination with joomfish
Hi,
I read the article and i know how it works if i want to use a menu with a different color combination for example. I'm not using that funtion and i just want to create a new menu with all the settings i set in the global configuration. This works for the Dutch language, but when i open joomfish to translate i need to set all setting manually and i was wondering if it could be done a different way, but after reading your response it doesn't seem to be possible.
Thanks for answering.
