i want a person how can explain to me how to use the phoca dowloade everything whit me as a tutoriel, emails, skype or msn maybey and do it whit me? thanks so much!!!!

Hi, maybe you should try to read the documentation (not complete because of time issues 
) or try to see similar posts in the forum, maybe you should get some guides by Youtube and Joomla! to work with Phoca Download and then ask specific question.
