No Medium Images in Cat View

I've compared a new dev site to one of my other production sites with the same settings and for some reason I can't get medium images to show in Category View with Random images. It's the 1st page of the gallery where you click an image to get into a category.

using PG - 2.7.4

Joomla - 1.5.20

PHP - 5.2.13

Hi, did you set the medium (as folder icon) in parameters component in menu link to gallery:
