Phoca Gallery Upgrade form 2.7.3 to 2.7.4 error

Get this error trying to upgrade but it shows it has upgraded and now have errors in Category's

500 - An error has occurred.

JDatabaseMySQL::query: 1146 - Table 'nfsda.jos_phocagallery_user_category' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM `jos_phocagallery_user_category` LIMIT 1;

Hi, while upgrading the debug mode should be disabled (there is some action which can cause error but it has no effect on running Phoca Gallery - it means if you will upgrade without enabling debug mode, nothing will happen there).
