ALT Tag Not Changing with Dropdown

Thanks to this post I found the dropdown so I could set my ALT tag to the description field in the picture config. The problem I'm running into is that it's not updating. Is there any way I can get it working?

I'm running Phoca Gallery version 2.7.4 and Joomla Version 1.5.10

Hi, the ALT feature is not working for the plugin yet, added into feature request list.
