Phocagallery e Jcomments for unregistered users

Hello, sorry to open a new topic on a subject that has already been handled several times, but none of the other topic I found a comprehensive answer, maybe because I'm not able. For example in this topic:

has been told to use Jcomments, but how? Would you be so kind as to describe the steps? Thank you.

Hi, install Phoca Gallery and Jcomments component. Then set in Parameters Component in menu link to gallery the parameter: Display Comments - display external comment system - Jcomments. if this will be enabled and there are Jcomments Plugin for Phoca Gallery in Jcomments (should be in latest version) the comments should be displayed ony your site.
