New/Hot for Category?

Well, I love this "New" and "Hot" Icons for the pics.
Is it possible to show them for new categories too?

May be I do not see a config option, but at the moment I get this only for new pics.

I'd love to have it for new categories too.

Yes that`s right. It´s only for images.
