[PROBLEM] with SH404SEF...

All my Gallery looks good, it works perfect with SHS404SEF, But It gives me a fatal error when I try to Upload a photo from the Front End... I had to remove the Phoca Gallery from this component and, well, you know now the URLS are a mess....

Anyone can help me with this???

And the Error page:

HTTP 404 - Page Not Found
The server could not find this page.
Suggestions

Also when Upgrade to latest version the category page start looking like this:

Hi, I see no fatal error there, but only some warning (on second link):

which needs to be solved in com_joomlastats or by setting permissions or ownership

But the first link, seems like the system cannot read the created URL, but there I cannot give any advices as I don't know the sh404sef
