Problem with installation --> filesystem/file.php on line 29

Hello,
I tried to install the phoca gallery on Joomla.

But everytime I try this, there appears the following message:

* JFolder::create: Das Verzeichnis kann nicht erstellt werden!
* Unable to write entry

Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: Unable to access /srv/www/vhosts/kerwasburschen-wellerstadt.com/httpdocs/homepage/tmp/install_4c55647040c7a/assets/images/icon-16-edb-back.png in /srv/www/vhosts/kerwasburschen-wellerstadt.com/httpdocs/homepage/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 298

I dont know what I should do.
The permissions on the folders etc. are correctly set.

Do anybody have a idea?

Hi, check the ownership too, check the ftp layer too, see e.g.:

I tried this, all is right, but the problem appears everytime.
