Maximum Number of File Uploads - How to change?

Hi,

How do I increase the maximum number of files allowed?

# Maximum Count of uploaded user's files - set maximum of uploaded user's files in frontend
# Maximum Size of all user's files - set maximum size of all user's files which user can upload in frontend

Hi,

First of all thank you for your great component !
Now I changed the setting (version 1.3.9) with the following :

Enable User Upload : Yes
Maximum Count of uploaded user's files : 200
Maximum Size of all user's files : 50000000
User File Upload Size : 5000000
Enable User File Authorization : No

And I'm still facing the same problem as mentionned above (by topic creator) :
File not uploaded
Maximum count of all your files reached. File cannot be uploaded.

Also the maximum file size allowed is 3Mb whereas I mentionned 5Mb
A bug ?
