Only see upload tab in front end

Hi,

Firstly can I say, this is a fantastic component.

I am having one problem with it though. I need to get users to create categroys using the front end control panel. I have no problem uploading photos to the site this way, but I can only see an upload tab in the panel, no sign of the "create / edit category tab that I've been reading about in the forum posts.

I've tried this using the rhuk_milkyway template but the same thing occurs, any help would be greatly appreciated
