Add a textline

How can I add a textline for explaining the chapta code? not everyone knows what is meant by code. Therefore I would explain it by Adding a text line

Example: Vul onderstaande cijfer- en/of lettercombinatie in en klik op verstuur.

Hi, you can write instructions into the description field - will be displayed above the form or you can customize the code so it will be displayed e.g. next to the captcha image.

I tried the description field, but that's no option. Can you please help me out by telling where I can add my text in the code?

You can add it into the template of phocaguestbook:

components/com_phocaguestbook/views/phocaguestbook/tmpl/default.php
